Qualifications

Experience as a Project Manager on commercial projects with a General Contractor
B.S. Degree in Construction Management or related field
Possess an ownership attitude and be willing and able to grow, coach and mentor
Strive for excellence in every project and do whatever it takes to achieve optimum results
The successful candidate will have comprehensive experience on diverse commercial projects and an industry stable work history.

Essential Duties

Select the best delivery method for each project
Manage schedule, budget, and manpower to meet and exceed deadlines and budgets
Develop the best methods to ensure team support and effective communication
Create measurements to determine the strategic plan is met during all phases of construction.

Compensation

Base salary dependent on experience
