Chris Schaber, Co-Owner & President

Chris Schaber was brought to Zeller Construction in 2004 as a Project Manager, and now oversees all office operations as President. He specializes in plan review, contract administration, project scheduling, budget management, and construction problem resolution.

Jamie Zeller-taylor, co-owner & secretary

Jamie Zeller-Taylor has been involved in many aspects of Office Management. She has been involved in the commercial development with Zeller Construction and residential development with Zeller Properties, Inc. through the last 16 years.

Mike Elders, General Superintendent

Mike has 30 years in the construction industry. He has worked all over southern Illinois and the southeastern states as a project superintendent and a working superintendent. He manages all construction activities on the project site, including, quality, safety, scheduling and cost.

Channa Dugger, Office Secretary

Serving a critical role within Zeller Construction, Channa Dugger serves as secretary where her duties and execution go far beyond answering the phone. Channa is essential in her ability to step into projects as needed and to keep them on track. She is likely the first person you'll talk to when meeting Zeller Construction for the first time, and likely someone you'll look forward to speaking with during visits to our office.
